Picked this up the other day for 90$.. was setup pretty badly but that's sorted now.. going to replace the electronics soon and i'll be extremely pleased...
now for the help part.. it's an affinity made in 2008 at the IC factory.. and i'm pretty sure the affinity ones never had tort pickguards so it must be something the previous owner did?
also I want to replace all the pots as they are quite scratchy and generally a bit overly sensitive.. currently they have 500k ohm pots whereas the standard fender has 250k pots.. I heard 500k gives you more treble i'm not too sure.. but what replacements should I get I can't seem to find the commonly recommended CTS pots in the UK
Another point is I want to add a series/parralell switch so I'd need a proper push/pull pot for that too..
