Help with Squire Precision Seiral ID
 

I am looking at a Squire P online but this is the pic of the serial number. Do they normally have a sticker over the serial with another serial? Or does this mean factory refurb or something?

I searched and could not find anything. Thanks for the help.

The only time I got stuff with a S/N sticker over the actual S/N was refurbished stuff. So I would say it is refurb, the real S/N is underneath. I have never heard of Fender refurbing stuff, not to say it doesn't happen, but I bet it is refurbbed by somebody who isn't Fender.

If Fender does not refurb their stuff I have a hard time believing they refurb their Squire stuff.
