Not sure if that exists but you can always defret. Isn't medium scale 32"? I have a32" inanez acoustic that I know comes in fretless.

I am guessing the Godin and Slimline bodies are not what the OP has in mind.

For current offerings of a Gresche-like body in full scale fretless, I can think of two:

Lakland Skyline

Ibby Artcore

Back in the late 60s, Bartell of California made exclusively-fretless hollowbody basses that were stenciled for sale by other companies, especially Hohner. In 1970, Hohner moved production to Germany and produced them on their own for another year, then dropped the line. They occasionally pop up on eBay. I have one of each, the blonde is Cali and the black is German.

The Yamaha SA hollowbodies are not in production and I don't know if they made them in fretless.
