How to clean a bass with a Mahogany body

Wondering how I would go about cleaning/polishing an Ibanez sr500 with a mahogany body that I own with a BM finish? (Not sure what BM is or stands for.) I have the dunlop 65 string cleaner, body polish, and lemon oil for the fretboard.
Was wondering if using the body polish is still okay with a mahogany body, or if using lemon oil for the fretboard and body is the way to go?

I would never clean my bass with a Mahogany body. I prefer a nice soft cloth.

Seriously, the only thing I ever use is Martin Guitar Polish.

Lol I noticed how I listed this after hitting submit post. Regular guitar polish is still okay? I'm assuming the wood is stained at least rather than the traditional lacquer "plasticy" type finishes. I love the warm resonance I get out of the natural wood
