How to get Steve Harris's tone

My bass is Lakland 55-02 (J-H pickup) with 3-band EQ

How can I get P-bass tone in this song?

Play near the bridge, and use your fingernails

Neck single coil in passive mode, heavy gauge strings(preferably bright flatwounds) with super low action. Hammer the meat of your fingers on the strings to make them hit the frets and get that clanking sound. Boost around 2k if you can, compression will help bring out the attack as well.
