Inexpensive Travel Bass Suggestions
I have a Squier JB for when I'm on the road in a car, but I have a plane trip to DC for four days in a few weeks. I suppose it wouldn't hurt me to rest my hands for a few days, but, for longer trips, any suggestions?

A screwdriver is the cheapest.
Unscrew the neck and put the neck and the body in your suitcase.

I briefly had an SX Ursa 4 JR (short-scale Jaguar clone). It was very lightweight, almost feeling like a toy compared to my long-scales. Although I don't have it anymore, the thought of getting an Ursa 2 JR from Rondo Music has been nipping at my mind. (Damn GAS-Flies!)
