Info on 1995 AM. Deluxe P-Bass !!

I have a chance to pick up a 1995 60th Anniversary Am. Blueburst Deluxe P-Bass w/ OHSC for $650. The condition is about 8.5/10 . It sounds good and plays pretty well. What I want to know, is this a good deal on this bass? Do any of you around here own one of these,and what are your thoughts on this model? Here's a pic of what is looks like. Thanks in advance.

I would go for it. I paid $800 for my '99 Am Dlx P in transparent teal, and it's my main player. Excellent basses, and I like the old twin J humbucker much more than the stacked J on the newer ones.

That's a beautiful color and pickguard as well. I always wonder what mine would look like with a white pearl pg. I have mirrored on her now.
