it's alive! my warmoth is assembled!

been planning this thing since august

charger green swamp ash body
gotoh 201 bridge
Dimarzio Model P and Model J pickups
slim taper maple neck and board with a satin finish
21 stainless steel vintage sized frets
black block inlays
steel stiffening rods
Black TUSQ nut

it plays, sounds, and looks great! i might try to do a video demo soon of this through my Fender Studio Bass Amp

That's a very unusual, very brave and very cool color.

Looks great! I LOVE that color. And I'll bet that headstock helps a lot with neck dive.

Don't know why, but I love when someone puts a 2+2 headstock on a Fender-style bass. The maple board with black blocks is a great look too. Nice job!

thanks guys! the headstock was the most last minute decision i made, and when i ordered it i thought it was gunna be a little bigger, which i think would look better but i still like it. i also thought the maple was gunna be a little darker but i'm sure i'll dirty it up over time to make it darker. i like the way it turned out so down the road i'm gunna build another bass, probabaly a replica of a 70's fender p-bass in Mocha
