I painted my band's logo on it, washed it off, painted it again, washed it again, yanked the frets to make a budget fretless, stuck the same frets back in, yanked them again, stuck them back in, sold it to the neighborhood buffoon for $300.
I was too new on bass to have an opinion on it, but I was definitely into Les Claypool and Mr. Bungle at the time and wanted something technical and fretless, which is almost completely the opposite of how I feel now when I would be glad to have that original Striker back. |

My very first bass was a black striker that had emg pups, the music store origanally had it to demo emg pups, but they got tired of the pain in the **s 17 year old asking to buy it every week.

I miss them both and greatly regret selling them both.

Cheapo, made in China that I bought off my friend's sister for $40. I love it though. I broke the pick guard, and made a new one, as you can see. Cheap, but it plays nice and I love it to death.

| | | Oddly enough, people still prefer Fender Precision specials, Ala Duff Mckagan..
The Focus 7000 is nearly the same bass, with more tones in fact, and good for 1/4th the price of the Fender.

The wood neck ones were all well and good, but were all made off shore and were more or less just like Charvels, right? But those metal neck beasts were COOL
