so I got it for 15 bucks...it's a perfect fit for the Charvel, cause the Forum is coming in it's own bag, and now I have a free'ed up bag to toss my Surf-Strat into .... |

GA | | | i have a old kramer that is my first bass and still love it. i believe it to be a XKB20, only has the volume and tone knobs and looks to have a di'marzio cream colored p bass pickup. this bass is a bit dark sounding which is not a bad thing, but the neck dive usually only wanting to play this bass seated.
i have never seen another one like this one in person, i could be wrong about the model. i looked at a vintage kramer website to determine what model this bass was and the XKB looked like the one i have. |

| Quite true, KramerBassFan...IIRC, the tone circuits in this particular bass were modeled after the BC Rich package.
I never asked the previous owner whom it was built for if this was so (although the factory luthiers of the time remembered the bass quite well), but there are many similarities.

And who knows.... Kramer always had far too many endorsers... that helped put the company under, actually.
