| This is Actually a Serious Question
My G string keeps slipping off my 44-02. Seriously, any time I fret near the 12 fret the G string just slides right off the edge of the neck. Tried playing the same progression on a few other basses (not Laklands) and don't have this issue. Might be my technique, but just seems odd.
So I took a look and it appears that from the outer edge of the string to the edge of the FB is only 1/8".
Is this within normal spec?
