Lawsuit Ibanez Jazz

Hi all

I have an oppurtunity to buy a lawsuit Ibanez Jazz. It needs a fair amount of work. New frets , refin on the body. The neck , tuners and fretboard looks relatively good.

What would be a reasonable offer?

Ehhhhhh... with that much work; not a WHOLE lot.

Even in really good condition, i see them in the $600-$800 range... so i probably wouldn't pay more than $400.
