| | | | lightest solid body bass you've ever played? hey guys
simple question what is the lightest solid body bass you have ever played?
the lightest bass i personally played was an ibanez sr505 at the local guitar center. the body was paper thin and extremely comfotrable. as for tone and all that fun stuff it was nice but for that price id rather go with something else.

Even beats out my Kramer Duke (6.75lbs), but it is probably cheating to class these 80s headless basses with the traditional solid bodies. |

I've never really been able to get enough "traction" on anything much lighter.

But I can tell you what was the heaviest I had, a Godin SD4: solid Canadian maple body, all is said.. Awesome neck, very good sound but heavy as a truck. |
