A little Help please

If anyone knows the origin of this bass please let me know.

I am a new bass player, I started playing on my 50th Birthday (a Bucket List thing) I practice 3 hours a day every day and love it. I have been at it 7 months now.

I love the way this bass plays, it checked out strong. The guy just bought it without knowing the history.

It is fret-less and has a Piazo Bridge and Barolini Pick ups 9 or 18 volt system.

Three piece solid body
made of Zebra Wood, Mahogany and Maple,

Five piece neck with Ebony Fingerboard with Zebra and Mahogany inlay.

just wondering. How is it you know SO much about the BUILD of the bass, but NOT the brand? Not trying to be a wise guy, just wondering where you got the OTHER information?

And what do you mean by, "9 OR 18 volt system?" Is there 2 9 volt batteries in the bass, or is there some kind of switching?

One of my bass teachers is "Grasshopper" from Bass Central in Fern Park Florida. He repairs and builds basses, he went through the bass before I bought it. As for the voltage it has a spot for an extra 9 volt with the wires run. Hopper told me to not hook it up to 18 volts.

Wonder if it's a custom made bass?
