The I Ching of Bass... The Godfather of Bass. "What day is it?"" Monday, Tuesday, Thursday , Wednesday" What should I take to the gig? "Take the Fender, leave the gun" .
Anything that has to be done with a bass, can be done with a Fender.

I've been playing Fender basses since the mid 60's. It's meat and potatoes and I know exactly what to expect and what I can do with it. And that means pretty much anything.

Nice!

I love Rics, but there is definitely some "Fender P" influence in my tone.

(Read: Low-mid punch)
