Mike Watt Prototypes FS at from Reverend no specific affiliation, just passing the good word along. http://www.reverendguitars.com/forum...TID=11605&PN=1 |
I dig it. |
I dont think he has ever played a bass that looked that nice. A single P pick up? How is that going to sound like this? ![]() or this ![]() |

It looks pretty cool, but it just doesn't look "Mike Watt" to me. But I guess Watt's a better judge of that! I'd rock it, if I wasn't in love with the P I've already got. |
Well, he is getting old and if he can make some cash off of this I'm cool with it. I will not buy one, I'll stick with my Gibson. |

He's stated in the past that he gravitated to the EB-3's because of the more comfortable (to him) 30" scale. Sounds like he's possibly going for a "best of both worlds" scenario... |
COol pics. I still remember getting my first firehose, dag nasty, sonic youth, r.e.m., X records. It was like arriving in a new country. The Cure, Bad Brains, Replacements, Bauhaus--all that ****. It was like coming out of a cave & breathing air. |
Cool. I saw with the Stooges in September and he was playing a P. In October, saw him with the Missingmen and he had the Gibson. |
I really hope that's an affordable instrument. IMO, honestly, looks like it should cost $129 at Guitar Center and come with a 5 watt combo amp. :hiding: |
I like the gold one! |
Sessy as hell. Still rather have that pelham bird |
