| Just picked up one (4"Std) last week...Also bought one roughly 6 months ago plus a used (2.5" Std) thats probally got a few years on it. So far the quality of all of them is consistant.
I did have problems ordering the newest one off their web site...I contacted Moody on line not really expecting a responce (just because nobody responds to those "contact us" inquiries). Suprisingly I heard back almost immediatly, detirmined the problem was ME (fat fingers) - reordered and it's hanging on my bass right now.
Lastly, given that I'm so cheap, I like to shop. Amazon, ebay, CL, forums ect. Other than a few available used here on TB, they seemed harder and more expensive than I expected to find...
AND the factory price (which ships for free) was the best by a material amount for new. |
