Yes. Handmade by 1 person(they had a small specialized team that worked on these exclusively) from start to finish under Geoff Goulds supervision when he was with Modulus.

That sort of surprised me, because up until 1988 Modulus only made neck-thru Quantums...but the scuttlebutt is that there are probably less than a hundred (or two hundred? I dunno, I'm guessing) in existance.
