I haven't followed Tommy since Stevie passed away. I didn't know that he played a Stingray.

The custom paint is actually very cool also. Very unique and fun.

A beauty! Kinda looks like my did when I bought it in '82 or '83. It's been my primary bass ever since. Looks a lot more used these days.

I am pretty sure that is the one hes playing in the pic. It sounds great, I have the road case with it and it has his real name and address on the tag..

I tend to play the graphic one a lot more though.
While I am jealous of all the stingrays I have seen on this thread, I am also quite happy w my two.

Could you post a closeup of the body on the bass that you painted? Very cool and certainly unique!
