One of the owner/builders used to come to our gigs since he was friends with my previous band's guitarist who had Carvin guitars and amps -- real nice guy. But I prefer the rounder 80's designs to their current pointy designs.
I really want a Fender Tele bass. They have several on the market right now: sting/dirnt/modern... all do not come in a lefty version... that is part of my frustration these days. Quote:

It sure is a stunning looking bass.
