Well, it was actually a couple weeks ago. But I recently picked up a new 2012 Am Std Fender Precision bass (3TS), which has the new (or different) pick-up in it. WOW! It's been a very long time since I've actually been excited about RW strings! But this bass really rock 'em! Almost hate to supplant my usual Pyramid Gold flats, although this would likely be great that way too!! Photos comin'...

Cool congrats on your new bass yeah I'm a new lover of the Pyramid flats but at $60.00 bucks a pop i won't be changing them anytime soon.
