| | Registered User | | Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: Madison, WI | | NBD!!! (Fender Content) Well, I was goofing around in one of my local music stores (name withheld to protect the innocent)...When what did my eyes behold?? A beautiful MIA Standard Precision.
It was just hanging there in all of it's Burst/Tort & Maple beauty.
They had it hanging amongst the MIM models, and had I not been looking in that area, I may have missed it.
I have been after a MIA Precision for many, MANY years, but the finances just never allowed for it...Now, as I've aged, I find the finances a bit more forgiving of my "addiction"...Plus they tossed me a price I simply couldn't say no to.
This bass was singing to me long before I even touched it, it sounds and plays better than I could have hoped for.
Here she is!  (Sorry for crappy phone pics...I was way too excited to find the real camera).
