So I bought this Bass a few Days ago. Meanwhile I have done 2 Rehearsals and 1 Gig with it and Man I have to say what an incredible Piece of Gear. A really fine Instrument.

I've had lots of Basses, but I've never played a Bass that is so even all over the whole Fretboard. The Craftmanship on this Bass is superb. Flawless. A+!

I have done a little Adjustment in Case of String Height and Trussrod as I like it and believe me, it plays like Butter.

The Delano X-tender Pickup has very wide dynamic Range and of Course it is a "One Pickup Bass" it is by far not a "One Trick Pony" It is amazing how sensible the Bass reacts on different Hand Positions. It is also switchable between series and parallel wired Coils
The Glockenklang 3-way Preamp/EQ is very natural sounding. There is absolute no Volume Difference between the Active and Passive Mode. In Passive Mode the Treble Poti is also a passive Toneblend. In the Center Position it is wide open. If you turn it counterclockwise it is cutting the Highs and you get a mellow and warm passive Sound. In Active Mode you get the Glockenklang 3-Way Preamp/EQ.

One Word about the Low-B --> Earthshaking!

Have a Look:

Congrats, that is a nice looking bass. Reminds me of a Pedulla.

On Siggi Jägers Website you'll find the "Roxy Deluxe" wich offers more Wood- and Colour Options.

The Regular Roxy B4 and B5 Models are USA Models like the Base X.oc

But the Quality you get is absolutely outstanding.

Cool. Thanks!

(If you go to the Human Bass web site and click on "Deutsch" the Roxy model is shown. If you click on "English" it's not listed. That's why I wasn't seeing it.)

Either way, it's a great looking instrument!

All the best with it!
