| | | | NBD Peavey T-40 $ 100! grabbed this Peavey T-40 for $100 the other day...needed a fair amount of setting up...and has its fair share of dings..but now that i managed to get it set up i remember what i have always dug about T-40s!
they really should make an updated/reissue of them imho
so many tones...and heavy as all get out...

The T-40 was a gigging bass for me for a while. The only gripe I still have is the coil tap thing above 7 on the tones. Really wish it was kinda like a normal tone. I wouldn't buy a bass w/ 'buckers if I wanted a single coil sound... Just sayin'  |

I saw one in a pawnshop about a year ago, and they wanted like $400. I had some band name etched into the body,and the body had been planed to thin it out. I'd have only given them $30 dollars for the condition it was in,and that would only have been just for the neck and parts.Congrats again!!
