NBD - Squier Jazz Bass V (sound clip)

Ok, I hate Squiers... Until now. I found this bass on my local Craigslist and bought it thinking I'd flip it. But upon further review, I'm thinking I'm going to keep it. Very solid bass, surprising for a mass produced import. Are they all like this now? Last time I tried a Squier was a few years ago, and that left a pretty bad taste.

And a "test" run recording. You have to wait a few seconds for the player to pop up -

Nines

Anyhow, the required proof pic. Disregard the poorly applied Fender decal, it's definitely a Squier Affinity -
