As far as the viol family goes, I think they are wonderful instruments in their own right. In fact, I find myself fascinated by all kinds of different tuning systems and stringed instruments. Good for James for stretching out and working with Chris to build his dream instrument.

Haha it's no problem, words get very misconstrued over the internet sometimes! I just thought you had misunderstood what I had originally said, so I was trying to be a little more specific.
