Had a quick chance to play it, I have to get used to the controls but it's much different than my jazz basses. Sorry for low quality pics, still at work, picked it up on my break! Excited to give this some love when I get home. Still has the plastic on pickguard and pickup! |

| | | | Don't see any pictures but nice grab! I'm really interested in trying one of the four stringers out. How's the overall quality?

Hell I would grab one at full price! The only qualm I have are the fret markers, a little cheesy. Kinda looks like someone used a sharpie but it's clean. |

| | | I had a 4 string black and maple and loved it, but I got an awsome deal on a Ray 34 that I could not pass up, so i traded the Sub and another Squier on the Ray 34 HB. I only hope the SUB don't sell cause I want it back

The neck is great, string spacing was a little closer than what I was used too. My band told me it sounded great and cut right through the mix. I noticed that I was losing some mids on the a string in some places but tweaked the eq and got it to sound great. The guys preferred it over the sound of my American deluxe V. Lightweight, great sound and feel. Best $270 I ever spent!
