New Bongo bass day

Finally got her in yesterday. The pictures don't do the Tangerine Pearl color justice. Still has the plastic on the pickguard for now too.

Yeah, the tangerine pearl is a very cool color. You've got a winner, there!

Yeah, I tried one in a shop a while back, used, but didn't get it because I was there to buy something else. I loved the feel and sound of it. I finally found one that I loved the color of.

You should definitely rectify that

Don't mirror them this time.

Sweet looking bass. Nice to see a bongo that isn't black.

Haha, yeah, and because it's 'mirrored' it makes it that much harder to find in colors other than black. Luckily, Music Man can get you a lefty in any color. Wish they had a Candy Grape color too, that would be a pretty in a Bongo.

Nice bass! Bongos are great, I'd love to own one myself.

I think one day I'll try one our because I LOVE my MusicMan bass but I want a 6 string. Something about the Bongo's look that turns me off but I gotta get pass that. It's only the look and I need to not let that stop me from testing one. Congrats on the new bongo. Enjoy!

First time I saw them, I didn't care for the looks either. Then over time, and after hearing one and playing one, that outlook changed. Now, I love the funky looks of it.

You forget about the looks once you start playing with that awesome 4 band pre, even if you like the looks. The pre in the Bongo is crazy

Took a couple of pictures outside that shows the color a little better.
