Quick update

I got a quote on a 63 P for $1,624.99 with a hard case

The Red color is actually Seminole Red, not Frost Red as previously reported. (I think someone guessed seminole awhile back)

Cool thanks for assuaging our collective irrational pricing speculation! That price is not so bad.

Those are awesome choices - congrats - how much do they charge you for those - that would be my exact choice except I might possibly go fiesta red on the P.

Thank God I'm not getting gas.

All really nice offerings though and the blue jazz with the matching headstock really looks nice. What? No blocks?

If I went with 3, I'd go for the following:

1 - '58 Precision (white/blonde)

2 - '63 Precision (sonic blue)

3 - '64 Jazz (black) ***Need to swap out that pickguard for a red tort one***

Just asking various dealers for info as it becomes available. It helps that fender lists them all on their website. My advise would be that if you know the one you want, contact as many dealers as you can and ask for a lockin price in their first delivery

Thanks Sigma for doing the research on this.. It's exciting. Finally different choices for the AV line after years of the same thing. I think it would be cool I they made small changes every year.. Like Sherwood green replacing the red for a year, etc..

At $1600-something, I'm much happier assuming its true. At that price the only problem will be fighting past you guys to actually land one when I want it.

Cool. That's up only about $125 then from what they were retailing at with the prior models, $1,499 I think.
