| | | | i'd be pissed if somebody threw up on my bass. No offence to those who like it, but I can't ever see myself buying a bass painted like that. Unless it was blue instead of that yellowish-green colour I see....

They were both new, they couldn't give them away. I didn't like them then, but Man, I really want one now!

And, at a lower price point. I'm lucky to have an original '78 P-Fretless, but might be tempted to get a new matching Jazz! |

It is a shame they made it a mexican, that colour deserves at least Japanese treatment, that thing looks AMAZING!
If it were an American, well, I guess I'd be buying two basses this month I shouldn't have

A new American version would probably diminish the value of the vintage ones.
...I love the snotburst. |

Your 78 precision is absolutely gorgeous. |

It's just too bad that by the time I could save up enough money, they'll likely be OOP. However, since I'm planning on trying to save up for a new AM.STD. Fender P-bass anyway, this , if it's still around when I've saved enough, might be a viable alternative for me. Any ideas on how long these FSR's usually hang around?

Whay years were they made?
Each instrument was really an original finish. |
