OK, sorry if this is old news, maybe I'm just out of the loop. So, the new Geddy Lee basses are made in Mexico, and the new 70s J is made in Japan, right? I was at a shop in NY state and they had 2 brand new Classic Series 70s
Js and they were both Made in Japan. Also, the bridges were kinda like the new American series basses...not the typical Fender vintage style. Hmmm...
