Isn't one of the main ideas of the fanned fret system to allow the B string to run 37 inches, the magic number, which allows it to ring out at the perfect resonance or to achieve the best B tone you can get? I remember reading something like that.

If they had this as a BK with a WT pickguard, I'd be ordering that one right now and modding the life out of it. Not the headstock, though, I kinda dig that. http://www.rondomusic.com/URSA4RN3TS.HTML

Plenty of room for adding controls. | It was my understanding that SX are made in China and Brice are made in Korea. I don't know where Hadean is from.

Aside from some listings on eBay, this is the official site http://www.rondomusic.com/

That's why I was curious about this new Hadean brand name, if Kurt has a new supplier or just some new labeling by the existing ones.

The double P idea gets kicked around with regularity here on TB, this could be a golden opportunity for a modder's dream on the way cheap.

•All chrome hardware and three ply pick guard complete the look
I don't see no stinkin' pickguard. |

I don't see no stinkin' pickguard. | It also says 20 frets, and the bass pictured obviously has 24 frets.
I think the web page was put up in haste and they need to go back and make some edits.
If you get what's pictured, and it's typical of the quality Kurt offers with his various lines, it pretty much constitutes bang for the buck in my book.

What looks cheaper on it than what's on an SX? Just curious about your thoughts. |
