It just occurred to me that I will not have bought bass in a year as of October 30. Considering how GAS-sy I have been for 27 years, that is a major feat! It's amazing what responsibility and a few bills can do for you. Seriously, I have two really nice basses, but they aren't magic. I have just keep it in my pants (my wallet.) I wish I had chilled back in the mid 1990s.

| | | Haven't bought a bass since 2007. Good with what I have for now. Come to think of it, I think I've only bought 1 guitar since then...must be getting old. Haven't really seen anything that's made me unbearably GASsy...which oddly enough usually ISN'T the case with getting old .

It feels good to focus more on my playing and trying to be content with what I have.
