| | | | 10 years ago I hurt my back, and I could not sling a my thunderbird at all. I had to play sitting down. So I got the Samick thinking it would be lighter to sling, but the V rules. It is so light I can play it for hours standing and it is a lot of fun to play. My biggest beef is that it is a short scale. Sometimes it feels like a toy, but is not it rocks. |

I am the original owner of this somewhat rare 1980 US-made Son of a Rich. Apparently the ugly duckling of BC Rich at the time. She isn't as refined as her siblings, but she's still my pretty baby and has always been faithful.

It was ebay not too long ago, I cant tell you how much its worth but you dont see many arch top Mocks around. And it is a custom shop model...so you figure it out from there. |

Mockingbirds are one of my least favorite BC Rich designs, so naturally, Id be willing to throw way less at it than someone who wants a custom shop arch top mock with hideous gold hardware! All I know is how much I would pay for it (hint, its not enough) so...
