For such a cheap bass, I must say this is a pretty nice instrument.. Beautiful maple neck, good tuners and packs that unmistakeable classic thick-ass P Bass sound.

This is my latest project, SX P/J body, EMGs, Schaller Roller bridge, Squier VM Jazz neck (the logo had been sanded off kind of roughly when I bought it, so I made a Fender one and finished with Tru-Oil...Relax, I left the original serial on the back so it won't pass as Fender). I started to scrape the paint with a heat gun to refinish the bass and decided to stop after a few minutes because I kind of liked the relic'd look. I can always finish the job and refinish if I want.
