Think you ID'ed mine as well. Got it in a pawn show about 10 years ago.

This is on the back. It feels like it is engraved in there. No idea why there is a piece of tape over it. Thought it might have been a pawn shop stock number but it feels like it is in the wood.

The neck is not straight though and I don't know how to straighten it. Would love to give it to my son if I could figure it out.

you mean bowed, not warped ( twisted )?
If so you need a 7mm TR tool

google 7mm tr wrench.. that one came from ebay for 6bucks shipped but there are plenty of online places that sell em, and the luthiers section here shows how to use it properly.

chances are that nobody ever touched the TR in your unit. I never had a unmolested neck have a tr issue ( meaning they turn freely )

just look around the posts you'll know how to use it and it is easy.
as a simple version if the neck looks like a ship bottom when you look at the strings you need to tighten it. Small increments so you can watch it's progress.

some people use the 3/16th on them and if the TR is loose it will work, but proper tools will prevent this (I guess the previous owner didn't realize it was metric. I'll fix it eventually )

.
also It looks like your nut is not filed correctly unless that is a pic illusion as it has the same bearing on playability if the strings are too close/too far from the FB at the start of the neck. -- anyway the forum has a lot of topics on the subject --

I actually found the pics of a LS series with a different neck on it. It was modded by a fellow TB member for someone who ended up buying it.
