Well I'm an owner... For the moment. Incredible craftsmanship and sound. But darn 35" scale. I'm not jiving with it so its up on the block. I really want to like it. Sweet bass though. Awesome top. Wish I could adapt to the 35" scale. Oh well. Anybody want to buy it?

The expat series are truly amazing basses. They are completely designed by Rob; built in the Czech Republic (they also build the euro Spector, many other high end instruments); shipped back to Rob and set up by him. They are very nice basses.

Hate to make this post, but I am fixing to have to sell my beautiful Elrick. Just wanted to post this here, before posting the "selling thread". I have truly loved this bass and do not want to sell it, but "being debt free" is calling my name louder than "there will never be another". Love Elricks........they are truly awesome.......btw, the CallowHill Bass is leaving the homestead..already been spoken for.

ok all the melowdrama aside ... get all you can out of her ... and not a penny less.

who know's ... if it stays in the TB family ... chances are it can be in your hot little hands later on down the road.

Nice! Looks a lot like the buckeye/maple 6 I used to have (and had to sell) years back.

Here's my family of lefty Elrick's. I've got a spot ready for my fourth- I'm thinking a 34" NJS 5 with holly top and pink ivory board or a 34" Evo 6 buckeye burl/spalted myrtley burl with maple neck and fingerboard.Click image for larger version
