It originally had Aeros with maple covers, but I was not a fan of them, so I switched them with Barts:

I thought I wanted one too... but Rob didn't have any. So I purchased the softshell case and absolutely love it. Very light weight and quite rigid.

I also have a delux Elric Gig bag that I'd like to sell or trade.

I'm getting Zooberwerx, Danny R's, and GKevinK's old Elrick NJ5 tomorrow. I traded my Valenti for it. I'm hoping my first Elrick experience will be a great one. Here's a pic of it I stole from Zooberwerx's post a few hundred pages back. However, like Zoob said, it now has a Nordy DC in there.

That bass also belonged to Tumbao and probably a couple other TBers.....it's definitely been around the block Hopefully it's finally found a permanent home.

Hmmm..........I'm wondering why so many people have gotten this and then passed it along. Is it a good bass? I guess I could answer that better by next week but I do find it strange that so many people have owned it yet no one's actually held onto it. It does look awesome. Does anyone know when it was built? I never found that out.

It'll have the build year as part of the serial number under the control plate.
