I would love to see that Butterscotch P!

Here's one while you're waiting.

2001 50th Anniversary of the Precision. Supposedly one of 400 made. Butterscotch finish, black anno guard, vintage tinted neck, certificate, 8 lbs of P Bass tone.

Sorry to say, it's an all original Fender head stock club.

That being said,
I will invite everyone joining to read the rules and guide lines of the “ The Official Fender Precision Bass Club “.

I already have a number, I just would like to show my 50´s Classic Series Precision. Pretty good bass it is. And I love the look of it.

I was on this bass the night before you bought it. I was waiting for a phone call back the next day so that the SA could take the bass apart . I'm probably going to sell my refin. '63 and wait for a piece that I'm in love with. This piece is great. Enjoy it!

So you saw this bass at GC sherman oaks? The neck is pretty unbelievable huh? I didn't believe it...I got the store manager to take the beck off for me.

The pix are from when I brought it over to norms for a proper apraisal and make sure it was truely legit before their 72 hour return policy on vintage gear was up...

I just went to the jiffylube down the street and decided to stop in... I wasn't shopping but fell in love...

No, no. I had called from MD and wish the sales associate could have put the bass on hold, but he couldn't. I really wanted that bass, but I'm glad it went to another bass player and not just a flipper. Message me if you'd ever want to sell it.
