It was originally sunburst, but was at sometime refinished black and had a period correct white pickguard fitted. It was originally imported to Sweden by Hagström and delivered in a Hagström case which I have now retired after serving a long life on the Scandinavian roads. Absolutely killer bass, probably the lightest Precision I've encountered - and it plays and sounds just as amazing as it looks. |

Fender Precision MIM Standard to left in pic.
Edit: site says my pic exceeds my quota with 457kb. What is this? I deleted 12 as big pics yesterday to make room, and still???
Whatever, i try with MUCH smaller, tiny pic.

| | | | hi all
I own a standard precision bass in sunburst, which i've had for about a year
i needed to ask:
when i bought my bass, i really wanted p bass tone, but after a year of playing and expermimenting, i've realised that i need a different tone for my bas
i wanted to know if any less clunky, heavy, more snappy and bright pickups were available for the fender p bass
i'm considering replacing my bridge as well
my stock pickups are good but have poor output
i only ask because i can't afford an active bass right now (aiming for a music man or warwick $$)
Also, what would i have to do to change my circuitry from passive to active, especially sine there's no batery compartment?
i just want more tone control over my bass
been playing for about 1.5 years now, so i'm looking to access more tones
thanks
also, could i have a number please?
thanks |

I do these videos because I have social anxiety and it's supposed to help me get over that. /tmi
anyway here we are, the best bass I've ever had, I love her more than anything else and just stare at it constantly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ko2PMX75uUo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTQFBGIRDDM
and with her older brother
