I visited my buddy Dan's(Luthiers access group) yesterday
and was reminded why I love Marleaux's. The new batch he
has in are just outstanding, I didn't get to the Votan's but
I want all 4 of the Consat's I played. Time to start prepping
my wife for a purchase. Here is a cool video I came accross
of a Consat in action, played by Anton Davidyants.

Thanks for the kind works, Mike.
All credit goes to Gerald Marleaux , as well as all of the other builders I work with.

I merely step back and let the players tell me what they like.

I do not own a Marleaux bass, but in my humble opinion, I think the Marleaux Consat body shape is the most attractive body shape on any bass I have ever seen in my life.

I received the bass today. It's amazing ! Its light as a feather (lightest 5 string bass I've eved encountered), it sounds great, it plays like butter (what a neck!!!), I already love it !!!

Gerald Marleaux's work is amazing.

Quoting myself... As I have to sell the bass. It's great but it has to go. If anyone (in EU) is interested, drop me a PM.

Asking for a friend: how much do you ask for this bass, and where are you located? Thank you!

If it was a 4 string, I'd be seriously interested. Perhaps you could PM me with a price anyway, Ian !?
