What flats are you guys using on the Mikro? Has anybody switched pups in one yet? Which ones did you go with?

Squier Jaguar SS Jacked with Quarter Pounders, CTS pots and Hipshot “A” Bridge (Fretless)
Cort Junior with a Fender Deluxe Bridge and strung through the body (Fretless). Pick up up grade to follow.

| | | | Well guys, It's official. Just got her in today! The pickups are amazing and the neck is lightning fast. I was absolutely blown away by the features. Taking her in on Saturday for a proper set-up and some new strings!

| | Just days from retirement. | | Join Date: Jun 2011 Location: Lincoln, NE | | | Congrats. The red ones definitely have the best quality paint.
If, like a lot of the rest of us, you decide to mod it. You might look at the Lace Alumatones and a Stallartone DuoTone. It's not their 6, 10 or 16 notched. It's their model from last year. Basically two tone pots in one with a .47 for the neck and I think a.22 for the bridge.
You get a lot of bass for the money. Fender did a good job on this one.

Mine backs up my Birdsong, and gets a lot of play when I am with my kids at school or at ball games with the pep band. Fun bass, and a steal for the dough...

I find the transition between the two seemless. However, I really prefer a fretless bass. Any thoughts about jumping between a long scale fretless and a short scale fretless?
