Not the best lighting but here is my '79 Fender P-bass.

Nary a scratch on her and she plays like a dream.

My only white bass (not to confuse the Gundam fans with White Base) and also my first fiver, a Squier Deluxe Jazz Bass Active V. I was lucky to get it used, not to mention in fantastic condition, since Squier no longer makes either the IV or the V in Olympic White anymore.

I felt a great disturbance in Las Vegas…as if thousands of Elvis impersonators cried out and then suddenly left the building.

I hope this qualifies. It's basically a no-name fretless P-bass. I've owned this for a very long time. I originally bought from a guy for $100, who told me it was a Fender but he put a replacement fretless neck on it. I know, I was naïve and believed him at the time. I'm pretty sure it was actually a Series A or Profile, one of the lower end instruments in my neighborhood when I was young. The body was in very bad shape, so it was sanded down & this paint job applied. The paint held up pretty well over the years.
