It's a 2011 bass. Any opinions out there on tone, feel, and overall quality of this instrument? |

I'm not a fan of the Greasebucket tone circuit, so I replaced it with a standard circuit. It's the best-built, best-playing bass I've ever owned. |

I've got no reason to doubt that the instrument is authentic, but just checking...and out of curiosity, what don't you like about the greasebucket compared to the standard setup? |

I don't like the sound of the Greasebucket, it kills the bass tone, and leaves it very trebly and tinny. |
