I've been on a Herb Alpert-Burt Bacharach kick for months now. It's bled into Sinatra & other adult pop songs.

Lately I've been listening to the 'Silk Degrees' album by Boz Scaggs an awful lot. Great soul/bluesy pop from the 70's, and David Hungate's P (strung w/ rounds) sounds killer - its the sound I strive for w/ my Fender P5 & D'addario XL's. Comes pretty close, IMHO.

My actual playing? That's another story...
