PJ Players-Need The Best Split Coil Jazz Pup!

I am looking for a great split coil Jazz Pickup to drop in the bridge of my new PJ, preferably with high ouput. I was thinking about Fender Noiseless (I actually like these) or the Nordstrand NJ4se or NJ4sv. Any ideas welcome!! I playFunk, Soul, Motown, Jazz and Blues primarily. Thank you!!

What is the P pickup? Having something that works well with it would be my first concern.

The overwound Fralin in my PJ is pretty sweet.

Since you lose the singlecoil growl anyway, you might want to go with as beefy an option as possible, imo. Or, something that plays nicely in series (and then add a switch).

Maybe DiMarzio. Or what others have said.

How about something different?

It is a Fender 'Abby' wound P Pickup and an 'Abby' wound single coil J bass pup.

Less wimpy, more growly!

Thanks fellas...I'm thinking Noisless Fender pups. I know they are out of 'style' but they are the most single coil sounding split coils I have had personal knowledge of.
