Yep, that's it. Legend has it that Fender was not too experienced with sunburst finishes and a couple of them got burned edges. In an attempt to fix it they did a gradual fade from the edge inward, and the result was the Antigua finish. At least that's how the story goes. I love mine.

1975 Walnut Precision Bass

Hi All,

I'm in; here's my 1975 Precision.

All original: walnut (colour, not wood), maple Jazz-style (A-width) neck.

Amazing condition. Bought it from the original owner. I drove from Edmonton, Alberta to central South Dakota to pick her up: one day down, the next day back. In December. During a blizzard. It was worth it.
