I am so happy for the success of this thread. I never imagined at its inception that it would still be going strong three years adrift. It seems to be filled with joy (and even a few tears). While we may not all agree on the best bass for metal, it seems one thing we love as much as, if not more than our basses, is our pets.

Yeah, man. A terrible loss, but 17 years is a good run. My condolences.

A friend's 19 y/o cat passed a year ago. That was devastating.
