Was just laying around playing my roadworn 50's P and my cat Nutso decided she wanted to learn to play too. Pardon my childish giggle in the video. Hope this works:

Haha the bass is already roadworn, I don't think I'd mind that much. How could I get mad at my bass playing cat?!

My cats also seem to have a fascination with music. Trixie is a rescue from a local animal shelter and loves gear. It took her all of 5 seconds to end up in the cab after I took the lid off and turned my back. She's also always around "helping" when I rewire my pedalboard. The saying "music tames the savage beast" applies to Hogan, an "inheritance" after a series of musical roommates... whenever I start playing, he likes to find a perch and listen.

I've always felt that my cat's happiness is more important than my personal belongings. If she chews up my bass it adds mojo

Haha that is kinda creepy, the doll in the back reminds me of the doll from the "Saw" movies.

Nutso got her name because she's nuts lol. The wall behind my amp is covered in carpet and she already figured out how to climb up it haha

So does she just scale the wall and hang out up there? That's a nice amp, too...I don't know much about Ampeg. Is that actually a vintage one?

I think she just jumps up and kinda scales it like spider man and hangs there until she decides to jump down lol.

The amp is a Vintage Reissue and it's actually currently experiencing some problems with one of the tube circuits. When it's healthy, it sounds monstrous.

my Maine Coon Boner, He passed 2 weeks ago from fatty liver disease, unfortunately usually terminal in cats and Maines are unusually susceptible to it , we had another one die last march from it as well , Boner was 15 went he passed and was afraid as hell of my bass so no way to have ever gotten a pic of him with it.
