So many TB'rs have cats, I found that quite surprising.

I have to go find a picture of my two Labs enjoying my collection.

I have found that cats make great "musicians' pets" for the obvious reason that they can handle being alone for hours out of the day, and owning a cat , I mean having a cat own me, is like living with a 7,000 year old sometimes. Cats are very Zen like and live in the moment without a worry ; much like flowing music. They teach us how to live sometimes.
- Joseph Chaplain

Dogs have owners.
Cats have staff.

So sorry to hear about Boner.

And as near as I can tell, being owned by a cat is almost a requirement for a bassist. I still have to get my cat/owner up here...probably after tomorrow settles down.

I think this is becoming my favorite thread on TB. A lot of awesome pets.

My cat is still afraid of band practice so she usually just goes and hides in my laundry room. As soon as we're done practice she comes right out to get petted by everyone lol

Agreed, and it looks a little p!ssed, too. "You should be paying attention to ME, not your bass." Lol

What strings are those? Never seen the light blue silks like that.

5sg.

He's the same colors as your bass. Matching dog and bass.

That was what my wife pointed out to me when she saw it hanging in the store. Our other dog is nearly the same.

I see the TV remote next to Sir Charles. You know, too much TV will rot his brain.

Hey BassmanBob - Your pedal board build is amazing. Attention to detail and customization is top notch. The clock makes it !

All those wires etc make me dizzy.

Haha, he only watches Formula 1 races and Leaf games. Since hockey doesn't exist this year, he sleeps 20 hours a day...
